    I've got no real plan for training right now. Just doing the bare minimum to try to keep strength levels from falling too much. Plus spring is really busy at the farm. Too much work to do and not enough time.

    Another short and sweet 45 minute workout today. 1st time doing all these in a month and a half so went light on all

    Hack squat - was going to do 10 of these but they bothered my left knee with the ACL issue so stopped at 5.

    155-15 - instead of plantar fasciitis I have pain on the outside of my R foot now. started after my last comp, and not getting better.

    Missed Friday's workout; Just accessories so I don't feel too bad.
    Took friday and today off work to complete a project over the weekend and finished up around 5pm. Built a bear proof aviary for my bees. Will have 8 hives going this year so need to protect my little workers!

    As a result I was pretty tired going in to today's workout. Definitely feeling my age today.

    330-1 - added knee sleeves for last set
    392-5,5,5, - 1st set felt heavy as feck. 2nd and 3rd went better with a rep or two in the tank.

    Comp Bench - These felt heavy too. Was going to do triples but settled for doubles.
