That is definitely the Hepburn program! Your maxes are very low (425 deadlift max) - is this to make sure you can get all the volume in? Going twice per week and including backoffs will be a lot of work, but if you can recover, it should work for you.
Speaking of getting the volume in, I've recently dropped the backoff sets for the press (3x6-8 @ 80% working weight). It was simply too much for me to recover from. I've never even tried it with the squat or deadlift.
