500M row warm up in 1:55
Quite sore in my stomach, sternum, and upper chest from the Ab wheel roll outs I did yesterday. I did a few 40 yard sprints as well at 50-60% effort which may have contributed to the soreness too. Pretty much affected everything I did today.
