    500M row warm up in 1:55

    Quite sore in my stomach, sternum, and upper chest from the Ab wheel roll outs I did yesterday. I did a few 40 yard sprints as well at 50-60% effort which may have contributed to the soreness too. Pretty much affected everything I did today.

    Comp Bench
    125KG-6,6,6,6,

    DB bench - Paused/stretched at bottom
    85-12,12,12,

    Tricep press down
    155-15,15,15, - for some reason these were most affected by soreness in my stomach.

    Funny about the ab wheel! I was so sore a week ago today I could barely lay back on the bench and actually considered rolling off when I finished my sets!

    Just about died laughing at myself.

    Still fine tuning weights in kilos from pounds. Getting closer!

    Comp Bench - Tricep sore at left elbow. Not getting better... L anterior shoulder bugging me a bit too.

    Well, she's in her late '70s and I 'spose I could close my eyes, but I'm afraid with her grip I'd feel an awful tearing and then hear, "oops."
