I've noticed that losing even a few pounds affects how quickly I get fatigued when I'm doing sets of 5 or more reps. Your lifts look great right now. Do you have a meet in mind?

Bench - worked up to some heavy singles. I'm a little disappointed that 160 didn't go a little faster, but it ties my comp PR.

    SSB hands free
125kg-5,5,5, - Went easy on these as my back was still sore from Wednesday's deadlifts.

    Calf raise - 75kg-10,10,

    EZ bar curls - 100-12,12,

I'm at a crossroads in my training now. After doing several comps and tearing a hamstring earlier this year, I took some time off lifting over the summer. I started back in late summer doing light bodybuilding type exercises, then doing LP style programming up to now. I may not have run LP out fully on each comp lift, but am pretty close I think.
I'm starting to feel a little beat up, and now it is time for some better fatigue management, and advanced training.
