    We had hurricane level gusts here which knocked trees down all over the place and took our power off yesterday.We just got it back on mid morning.

    Hex bar deadlift - 375-4,4,4,4, low handles

    Dips - 8 minute density block - BW-60 reps

    Tricep press down AMRAP - 115-20,17,15,16, - 90 seconds rest between sets
