    Lat pulldowns - 160-16,185-16,13,14, -I haven't done lat pull downs for years and I got a crazy lat pump from these like I've never felt before. Rigged things up ghetto style...

    Comp Bench - Wasn't feeling that strong today but still managed a Comp PR. I wasn't laser focused on driving it hard all the way so it stalled a tiny bit on the way up.

    Had some drama today just as I was going to work out. Our Pyrenees cut his paw some how and was bleeding badly all over the deck outside. I wrapped his paw in a towel and rushed him off to the vet. I've never seen such bright red blood! By the time I got him to the vet the towel was soaked. They sedated him and sewed him up and it looks like he'll be all right.

    Light T&G bench - 265-5,5,5,5,5,5, 2 min rests

    Deadlift - 440-1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1, - 2 min rests

    RDL - 8,8,8, - felt good to stretch the hams out

    Standing Ab wheel 3,5,5, - 1st time with these. Very hard to do...

    337-5,5,5,5,4,4,4,4, - L groin was acting up again, but pain subsided as I worked through the sets. Experimented with foot placement and settled on slightly out.

    Lat pull down - 190-15,9,8,9,8,8,8, - crazy lat pump from these!

    359-4,4,4,3,3,3,3, - played with foot placement to minimize my groin issues. Settled on a narrower stance with feet mostly forward.

    Bro Block
    Tricep press down, incline bench DB curls, calf raises. 10 minutes worth non-stop rotation.

    Today:
    Deadlift - . My back was a little sore and tired today after carrying and mixing 20-55 pound bags of concrete in my wheelbarrow for my basement under-slab bathroom plumbing project yesterday. 495 still went well. 3-4 minutes rest between sets
