Squat - Heaviest squat I've done in a while. Pretty happy with it not because it went super fast or anything, but because my groin and quad muscles weren't hurting.

Well, I haven't updated my log in a while. I tore my Right hamstring in April for the second time in a year. I didn't do anything stupid, was fully warmed up, and it let go on the eccentric with 410 on the bar or so. I was scheduled for a comp in April as well but had to withdraw due to the injury.
I rehabbed the hammie and am now again preparing for BC's provincial meet on June 22.

Slingshot bench
Warm up without slingshot - Didn't plan on setting a PR but everything felt pretty good and it wasn't an all out attempt

Slingshot -

Deadlift

DB lying tricep extension - awesome tricep exercise. Doesn't bother my elbows...

DL - Back is a little sore from all the DLifts this week. Little more sore after the 240.
