Felt shitty, wanted two triples with 265 but it wasn't there. Happy with this triple though. Time for 12 weeks of pauses. Going to see how that works as opposed to doing pauses 4 weeks out. Might as well experiment and see what works for me. Going to run Izzy's intermediate program just for bench.
