Lukas' Training Log
Started lifting when I was 14. I am currently 17 years old in grade 12. Running-back/linebacker for high school varsity football. My best gym lifts are a 405 Squat (done with sleeves at 165 BW), 265 touch and go bench (170 BW), and 460 conventional Deadlift (170 BW). I am 5'10.5". My dad is known as "skid" on this forum. videos to come

380 3x3 Squat today. Felt pretty good, right lat has been a little tight for the past couple of days. Finished my workout with some cable rows, bb rows, and pull-ups for back hypertrophy, and then some concentration curls.

My 17 year old son Lukas competed at the same event with me yesterday as well..

I'm back! In 2 years I have acquired a 215kg (474 lbs) squat, 137.5kg (303lbs) pause bench, 237.5 kg (523 lbs) deadlift, and a 580kg (1278.32) total, all in comp. My best wilks is 386. My most recent meet was CPU Nationals, with my dad who is known as "skid" on here. I placed 12/16 in the 93kg junior class, weighing in at 83.5kg (184 lbs) bw. Currently, I'm rebuilding my deadlift, as I have been having trouble maintaining back position with higher rpe sets.
