    Squats moved fast and felt good- last week 335x1 was @10. 142.5kg for an opener, 150-152.5kg for seconds, and 155-160kg for thirds. Not were I want to be but better than I was thinking last week.

    Bench moved well despite the miss. Sholuder felt ok, some pain. Mentally gave up on 265- felt a twinge of pain and my mind was like OH MY LORD what are you doing? LOL. Not to worried, with another week of "rest" and the adrenaline of meet conditions I will push through. 115kg for an opener, 117.5-120kg for seconds and 122.5-127.5 for thirds.

    DLs flat flew up today. 435 moved like air. So going to reevaluate DL attempts. Opener 200kg, 210-212.5 for seconds, and 217.5-222.5 for thirds. Actually starting to get a little excited!
