This was my first training session in my new home gym! My Dad came by a few days ago and helped me build the platform and anchor the rack in the concrete. I am very happy with it.
The move into our first house was very stressful and a lot of hard work. My wife and I rented a huge truck and moved everything ourselves in one day. Between work, painting the entire interior of the house (god bless my wife and each of our mothers for doing all that work) , unpacking, and assuming the role of novice handyman, I have not been able to train, eat or sleep enough.
I have lost roughly 15 lbs and trained inconsistenctly since getting back from our honeymoon in June. The plan is to run an advanced novice progression to get back on track and follow PPST3 from there.
