Firehouse workout. We caught a few runs so this one took awhile but I got it done. Due to scheduling issues I am going to try to train Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Unfortunately this week I have train 4 days in a row and that was most likely a contributing factor as to why I came up a rep short on press.

I failed on my first attempt at 225×5 because I pressed the weight out in front of me. Gravity is your hashest technical critic as the weight on the bar gets heavier.
