Joe, you're making excellent progress! Congrats! What are you doing programming wise? Looks like you mixing sets of 5's and 3's into your workouts.

Thanks Skid. I was doing the bare bones Texas Method 4 Day Split. I was doing a linear progression to drive my squat strength back up as well. Unfortunately I had the misfortune of eating a bad can of tuna (not an euphemism) and I had the worst case of food poisoning that I have ever had. My stomach was upset for over a week and a half and I have lost some weight. On a positive note, my joints were given a much needed break. The plan is to make a short run on the Advanced Linear Progression and then transition back into that 4 Day Split again.
