This was a hard workout. I got off work Sunday morning and then we were on the road visiting family for Christmas for the next 2 days with our 3 month old baby. Lots of driving and no sleep isn’t great for recovery. Everything felt heavy and I wasn’t happy with my form, but I got the job done.
