I have signed up to compete in the 2019 WFAC Strengthlifting Challenge on April 20th! I have competed twice before and I had no idea what I was doing on both occasions. I didn't know how to peak for the meet or how to choose my attempts. On the day of the meet I just watched Mike Cordova and Clint Case and started warming up when they did. Thank goodness that I had my wife in my corner or I would have been a lost cause. I am really looking forward to having SSOC program and handle me on the day of the meet. I am pretty coachable and I always perform better in a competitive environment. I really want to see what I can do when all I have to do is focus on lifting. PRs are going to fall.
