Unfortunately I am not going to be able to compete in the meet next month at WFAC due to a scheduling conflict. I was really disappointed for a minute because I was looking forward to going and I was training hard, but there will be other meets. This is a life long pursuit for me. I am doing a little bit of a deload this week and then I am excited to start some new programming next week.
