    I was on the cusp of setting some big PRs when I had the misfortune to come down with food poisoning for a few days. It started Thursday morning and I was unable to eat a real meal until dinner Saturday evening. Oh well, I really do just enjoy training anyways. I am grateful to get back to it. I feel much better since training this afternoon. Time to start rolling that boulder back up the hill.
