    It was a great morning out in the garage gym with my boy. It looks like his favorite lift to watch is the press, followed by the squat, and then the deadlift. He never seems to pay too much attention to my poverty bench presses.

    I am going to be doing my own programming from this point forward. Thank you to Pete Troupos, Cameron Cox, Ben Baker, Reed Smith, Rick Yule, and Nick Koldewey for helping me to improve my form on the 4 main lifts.

    This week I did some heavy but conservative singles to see where my strength is at after losing 12 lbs.

    starting strength coach development program
    I took some time off from strength training in order to "exercise" and drop some body weight. I feel great after a much needed mental and physical break and I am back to training. My goal is to be a healthy and strong husband, father, and firefighter.
