I started training at 5am. It will take some time for my body to adjust, but overall I am enjoying getting my work done before my family is up in the morning.

Note: A young fella asked me for some pointers on his deadlift. I took him through the teaching progression and had him doing some respectable deadlifts with 275 lbs within 5 minutes. It gave me hope for the future. There are plenty of good young men in our country, they just need mentorship and guidance.
