275x3x5 Heavy, pec still feeling a little strained

Squat: Rx=340x8x4
340x8x4 last set @8ish or so. Hard to tell. 8's are great.
Bench: Smolov Jr. W2 D4 Rx=275/280ishx3x10
w/u to 225x1 left pec feels crappy so recovery.
Press:
160x5x5 might be a 5 lb PR but its been a while so I don't remember for sure. I am almost sure I've done 155 for 5x5.

Sunday: sick
Monday: sick, but:
Squat: 365x6, 365x3x3. These sucked(Rx 365-375 for max reps then same weight 5x3)
Deadlift: 470x5, 455x5, 425x5(Rx 470x5x3)

365x8@8 but felt really hard after being sick

365x1 my body was DONE here so I racked it. Like I had hit a brick wall.

Haven't benched in around 10 days. Left pec still not feeling quite right. Might switch to heavy pressing for a while and light benching. My bench still made progress last time I did that.

Most excellent workout today, especially coming off being sick for a week
Squat: Rx=395x5x3.....Buuuuuut...I did an extended period of volume so I decided to push myself a little bit if warmups felt good.
w/u to 375x1, felt good so:
405x5x3 +15 lb PR @ 8,8,9
Deadlift: another good result considering sick last week and setting a heavy volume squat PR
475x5x3 +10lb PR

275x5 PR butt off bench on last rep so I'll repeat this to officially count it. But this should be me within range of a 3 plate bench. I'll test around 7/4 along with squat and deadlift. Mock meet I suppose.
