I remember now why I don't train full body anymore. But I missed Tuesday's bench session and Wed's squat session due to enormous to do list from hell and trying to paint my entire house.
I've cleaned up my diet quite a bit. I don't track, or count calories, or macros. Just eating healthier. Less junk food, almost none. Switched to very low sugar snacks like a greek yogurt with 8g sugar instead of 24 or whatever. Lowering my saturated fat intake. I'm eating quite a bit more at meals now since I'm not filling up on so much high sugar junk food. I'm hoping this will support my training better and maybe slowly improve body composition a little bit, but not restricting calories at all. Still eating till im stuffed but down a couple of pounds anyways.

I haven't been consistent with my upper days lately. Big painting project on my house. Leaving me short on time and causing a lot of difficulty breathing. Hopefully I'll get my consistency back. It's past time to make some more progress on bench.

You lift in a crystal palace? Looks like a country club or something. Do you frighten the pleebs that go there with your awesome deadlifts?

Haha. Hey thanks for checking in. I lift either at home or at the YMCA. And yes as we all know, a lot of us, although not exceptionally strong compared to many on these boards, are often the strongest at our local gyms. No one else does any really serious training, mostly all BB stuff.
Thanks for the progress comment, a mixed bag though. Deadlift seems to always move well but squat is being a little stubborn.
