Nice Squat session! To finish with a PR after some fatigue from prior heavy lifting is great. You're 1RM is probably even higher than you think.
agreed. good lifting in here barry. real strong dead lift
Thanks very much guys! I'll be very happy if I manage a nice solid 485 on the squat when I test even though the e1rm came out a bit higher. That will be 30 lbs for the year which is realistically probably good progress for me at this point. Of course, if 485 somehow goes up smooth, how will I resist attempting 5 plates!
Today's training: Limited on time, so going with one lift a day (OLAD) as needed. I've maintained progress doing this in the past when needed.
Bench:
225x10x4. Oh yeah. Getting my bro on. But honestly, I think the volume is good training for bench. Need to finally get over the 3 plate hump. This. Year.

Squat: Rx=425x3, 440x1-2
425x3@7.5
440x1@8. Decided on only one rep to save strength and energy for deadlift.
Deadlift: 3x5 PR is 480, so:
495x5x3@9 +15 lb PR
