SQUATS: 135x2x5, 225x2x5, 315x3x3, 365x1
Finally was able to hit squats tonight, while my original intention was to work in the mid 200's for pause work I changed the game plan to hitting 315 for 3x3 and a single at 365.

DEADS: 385x6x1 (With straps, double over hand) , 425x1
SESSION NOTES: Here goes 385x6x1 with 425x1 at the end. This just felt like the worst session to me out of all the sessions. Just felt sluggish and out of it, but pushed through. ON the first rep I came up on my heels and you see my toes come off the floor, dumb mistake of getting too far back.

BENCH: 135x2x8, 185x2x5, 225x2x5, 275x2x5 (slingshot engaged)
Got in at midnight on Friday night after the wife got home from work at the hospital. Worked some bench quickly, used the Slingshot for the sets at 275.

PRESSES:135x2x6, 165x3x5
Did triceps after presses, just some skull crushers and pushdowns, nothing major.

DEADLIFTS: 405x4x1
Was suppose to attempt a PR this week, but extended the cycle to this week, possibly next week as well. Tried the hook grip tonight with a taped thumb, it went really well. I used it from the first warm-up to the last rep and the grip didn't give out.
Nice work, and your videos are always very professional. I probably wont be maxing for awhile, the groin is flared up again. (The reoccurring nightmare)
