NOTES: Felt lighter than I originally thought it would, was able to roll through the sets relatively easy.

NOTES:This is the heaviest weight I've ever used as a working set on bench, it felt good to move this kind of weight and do it with more confidence. Really excited to see where this program will take me.

NOTE:Very heavy sets tonight, felt like I couldn't get my fet set, but was able to hit all reps and depth so I am happy with that much.
