Bench Press: 315 lbs single, 245 lbs 6x8
Dips: 5x10
The right SI joint area started aching towards the end of ALL THESE DEADLIFTS and continued to bother me throughout the goddamn week. To the point I just rested on Saturday instead of running around, because it really doesn't take much for me to weeny out of conditioning. I continue to have no idea what the actual problem is, what causes it, or even why it gets better.
Tuesday 10-16-2018
Deadlifts: 515 lbs single, 425 lbs 5x6
Chin Ups: 5x8
Barbell Row: 215 lbs 4x8
Curls: 100 lbs 5x8
Silly Treadmill Sprints: 15 seconds on, ~30 off, 15 times
Goddamn Sled Pushes: 4 times down and back, with however much time was needed in between each "set"

Power Snatches: 195 lbs 5x2
Speed Squats: 295 lbs (plus bands) 4x8
Speed Bench: 195 lbs (plus bands) 4x8
Seated DB Press: 65 lbs 4x8
Thursday 10-18-2018
Deadlift: 515 lbs single, 475 lbs 6x3
Snatch Grip Deadlifts: 345 lbs 4x6
DB Row: 75 lbs 4x8
DB Preacher Curl: 35 lbs 5x10
Sprints: "Down and back" (about 40 yards each way) 8 times, with 15-30 seconds rest as needed

DB Bench Press: 80 lbs 4x10
Glute/Ham Raises: 3x8
Roman Chair Sit Ups: 5 lbs added, 4x10
