Annual physical. Not so great. Thyroid levels jacked up again. Been treated for hypo for about ten years. Monster dose not working. New blood test in the AM.
Also probably diagnosed with Sjögren's syndrome. Plan is to deal with thyroid first.
Anyway, the only thing that can be done about any of this is to deadlift.
