40lb meet pr. Made all lifts all white lights (I’m pretty sure). Went in to meet with a very tight and painful back and I have a deep cut on one finger. Very long meet (12 hours).
Probably too many weeks of intensity pre meet but went well enough. Looking for some higher rep stuff in the near term.
