    Right knee sharp pain. Figured I would warm up and give it a go. With knee sleeves and a handful of Ibu, went from I quit to feeling pretty good.

    Also only got a couple hrs sleep.

    Great squatting through pain!

    I've found my bench and overhead is most affected by lack of sleep. The bigger movements, not so much. Looks like yours went pretty well!

    I think that's right. I wonder why? My sleep has been shit for over 20yrs, so I really can't tell the difference.
