    2 PRs in one day is pretty good day. The single was classic bro peer pressure but it was easy. No regrets.

    Tuesday

    Flew back from LA. Head hit pillow at 0200 alarm off at 0500. While a few hours sleep is normal, I was wasted, sleeping in mtgs, etc. thought about skipping vs getting back on schedule.

    Squats: (315) (315) (345) (370x3) pr?
    (315x3) should have done 2 top sets but thought better of it.
