Male, Age 54, hovering around 205lbs @ 5' 9"
In my fourth year of very conservative and very amateur powerlifting. Slow grind but consistent. Stumbled on 5-3-1, screwed around, and entered a meet. Researched powerlifting and discovered Starting Strength and been working on perfecting form ever since. Right shoulder always hurts. Right knee always hurts. Average genetics. I hate injuries more than I hate pathetic numbers on the bar. Just being honest.
