You know, you could just run SS + GOMAD. I heard you can gain 60lbs of LBM in less than 6 months.

What are your plans for target BF percentages for different phases? End cuts under 10% and finish bulks @ ?

I heard that SS + GOMAD can make me 6'2 and weigh 335lbs while being lean.

Indeed I am. Hopefully I have a better understanding of what to do this time. Since it isn't a lot to lose, I likely won't have to starve myself like I did last year (1,500 calories per day..FML)

End cuts under 10% and finish bulks where I am now - at ~14%.

So... much... volume. Workout took exactly 2 hours to complete. Starting next week, I'll likely keep my Monday & Tuesday workouts the same, but re-arrange Thursday & Friday to an upper/lower split. This way I still get 3 days dedicated to benching (I'll just up the volume on Thursday, as Friday's volume is minuscule anyway). I just need to figure out how to get about ~15 working sets for squats / legs within 2 days.

I think that's all for now. I hope everyone has a wonderful day!

    Cheers!

Good workout this morning. The load jumps on my bench over the past 2 weeks were probably too aggressive. I bumped weight up another 2.5lbs this week and I was only able to get 3 sets. (3rd set was @9). Interestingly, reps 1 - 5 feel just fine, and then 6, 7 and 8 burn like a mofo.

I think that chin ups are aggravating a muscle behind my right shoulder blade. I dropped them in favour of dumbbell rows this morning, and so far I'm okay.

I'm trying to figure out what to do with squats & variants to get in ~15+ sets per week, and not hate my life on Thursdays & Fridays. Maybe, instead of doing 6 sets of HB squats, I could do 3 sets of HB squats and add in some lunges or step ups instead. 6 sets of HB squats on Thursday followed by 5 sets of front squats on Friday make me wonder why I'm doing this shit. We don't want that.

I think that's all for now. I hope everyone has a fantastic day!

    Cheers!

Good workout this morning, despite how much I complained at the time. Continuing to chase MRV. Added 5lbs to deadlift (will keep it this way next week). Added another set to RDLs but dropped the weight by 10lbs (too heavy last week). Added another set to TnG Bench at same weight.

I don't know if there's much else to add right now. I think that's all for now. I hope everyone has a wonderful day!

    Cheers!

Supposedly, I'm going to explode from all of this extra volume. 1 set of 5 bruh!

All jokes aside, weights are just above 65% of my previous 1RM, so intensity isn't very high, which allows me to get this much volume in. The mistake I made was going for 7 reps rather than 6 like normal people.

It does seem like a lot. It's also disheartening at the beginning of a workout...staring down all those reps and sets. But afterwards, it feels like a nice accomplishment.

    AMBW: 139.6lbs

    Cardio - Air Bike - 40 minutes
    Movie: Ocean's 11

With the DOMs in my lower back, and 11 sets of squats over the next 2 days, there was/is no way I'd even consider running this morning.

    Have a wonderful day everyone!

    Cheers!
