    Solid session this morning, but tough. I think I might be approaching MRV for bench/chest (23 sets as of last week). I'll try my best to add another set somewhere tomorrow...

    Deadlift (Beltless) - 260x7x6

    SGRDL - 205x8x4

    Dumbbell Bench (FU) - 60x10x3; 50x10

    Week 6 completed. Whether I physically need a deload next week or not, I'm going to take one regardless because staring down this much volume is mentally fatiguing.

    That being said, it was a great workout. Front squats were a bit tough but manageable. SGRDLs were better today compared to earlier this week.

    Following the hypertrophy block guidelines as per Mike Israetel (except for the eating part - plz don't yell @ me, Cody). It's been 6 weeks so far...

    September 9th, 2017 - Saturday

    Cardio - Air Bike - 45 minutes

    September 11th, 2017 - Monday

    Deload Week...

    LBBS - 232.5x5x3
    Comp Bench - 152.5x5x3
    Dips - BWx6x3
    DB Rows - 60x6x3
    Dragon Flags

    Short and sweet - took about an hour. After this deload week is finished, I need to figure out a way to reduce each sessions training time. During weeks 4-6, I was training on average of 2 - 2.5 hours per session, 4x a week. I enjoy lifting, but I was hoping to keep session length to about ~1.5 hours. Perhaps I may need to lower weights and keep rest times to a strict 2 minutes per set. Meh, I'll figure something out. Who knows... maybe I'll try crossfit.

    Your PM box is full or I'd ask this there. Does Alex Cibiri still refer to himself as a Starting Strength Coach? Does his gym still sport the name "A Starting Strength Gym"?
