    Unfortunatley it seems i need 2 weeks to rep PR my dead lifts, so maybe next intensity day ill get that 385 for fahve. squats and bench were like RPE 7 or 8 though.

    I dont understand why im not progressing in DL, got 3 reps last week and only 2 today, guess its time for a deload. its frustrating bc at my BW and compared to my other lifts my DL should be at least 405x5. whatevs
