    Thank you very much! My plan was 12 weeks of TM, but its getting a little rough. Im thinking of doing an RPE based periodization, 3 day full body. HERE with slight modifications

    recovery day

    light squat - 275x5x2 sets
    press - 175x5x3
    chins -10,10
    back ext - 15,15

    *tons of fatigue today, so i decreased some sets. wow i feel tired, not completely recovered from volume day. next week im going to reduce volume day sets to 4.

    bench press - 277x3x2
    DL - 385x3, hook

    everything felt great. hook grip still a little painful as you can see by the video and the stupid faces i make

    bw = 225

    volume day

    squat - 330x5x4 sets
    bench press - 250x5x4
    DL - 345x5 (hook grip)

    chins - 10,10,8
    back ext - 12,14,10

    much better today than last weeks R day, think the reduction in volume day helped

    mock meet

    squat - 365,385,400
    bench press - 285,300,315
    DL - 385,405,425

    mixed feelings, first time ever squatting 400, but failed on the 425 pull. weird bc 405 went up so easy, i think it was bc my wife was rushing the hell out of me to get done and watch the kids so i didnt take enough break. anyways, TM did its job and got me stronger, now look forward to something new. BW=224, still not sure about what weight class to go for the fall open.

    Congrats on the 400 squat and 315 bench! Whatever you do don't cut.

    Nice lifts man! You gotta tell the wife it's "daddy's time" so you can pull that 425! Lol

    thanks! yea i think you are right about not cutting. i need to get to 235 like you, then maybe ill get that 500 squat you have!
