    - SLDL:

    Easy.

    - single-leg hip thrust:

    Hard.

    - sandbag squat:
    3 x 12 x 50 kg

    Easy.

    - hollow body hold:
    3 x 30 s x 10 kg

    - sandbag carry:
    8x 30 m x 75 kg

    8 min EMOM. Wanted to do Last castle, but opted for EMOM because it's been 2 years since I did them.

    Misloaded. I wanted 60 but did 50. When I tried 60 I found it too heavy so deloaded to 55 kg.

    Easy.

    - farmer's walk:
    3 x 15 m x 70 kg

    - backwards drag:
    2 x 15 m

    - conditioning:
    10 push-ups

    First set was supposed to be 3 reps but I felt really weak after the second rep.

    - pin press:

    Heavy.

    - NGISP:
    3 x 6 x 50 kg

    - face pulls:
    3 x 15

    - push-ups:

    It's supposed to be 25 kg but no way.

    Opted for two sets, not one.

    - hip thrust:
    2 x 12 x 15 kg

    Hard

    - goblet squat:
    3 x 12 x 50 kg

    - db row:
    3 x 12 x 20 kg

    - hollow body holds:
    3 x 30 s x 10 kg

    - swings:
    27:30

    With 1-2-3 db rows.

    Went to sleep at 1 am and trained in the afternoon. Half an hour later did the swings.

    Some burpees in the morning. I imagined doing swings every day but my lower back was sore and tired.
