    Finished the 10000 swings challenge. First two weeks were nasty. It seemed easy when I started but it snuck up on me. But the last two weeks my conditioning improved and it took me less time to do the swings and less time to recover. I don't think I'll be doing the challenge again, but I might have days with 500 swings.
