    Pretty good. Felt my abs working.

    - front squat:
    4 x 40kg
    2 x 60 kg
    5 x 70 kg
    5 x 72 kg
    3 x 5 x 75 kg

    Good.

    - front squat hold:
    10 s x 100 kg
    10 s x 110 kg
    10 s x 120 kg

    Extra ab work. Only the last set was challenging.

    - hyperextensions:
    3 x 6 x 75 kg

    On Roman chair only.

    - pull-through:
    2 x 15 x 55 kg

    - Z press:

    - dips:

    Done instead of dumbbell bench press. I prefer these.

    What I lacked in mobility last week I made up for today. Warmups and even worksets felt better than they have in a while.

    - static hold:
    10 s x 150 kg
    2 x 10 s x 160 kg

    Lift the bar off pins and hold it on my back.

    - sumo deadlift:
    5 x 100 kg
    4 x 5 x 120 kg

    Easy weight but tough on groin.

    - walking lunges:
    2 x 8 x 27.5 kg

    Tough.

    - sandbag run:
    50 kg x 40 m

    10 min EMOM. It took 18 to 19 seconds on average. I was plesantly surprised my conditioning did not let me down. But I still have to do more of it.
