    Last two worksets were better than the first one.

    - face-pulls:

    Red band. Really focused on keeping my scapulas retracted.

    This was supposed to be a double at 185 but my hamstrings and abs were not strong enough. 175 moved well.

    - speed deadlift:
    5 x 3 x 152.5 kg

    Tough.

    - row:
    3 x 8 x 80 kg

    Limited by my tired lower back.

    - db row:
    3 x 8 x 45 kg

    Got my obliques and QLs tired.

    My lower back was feeling so tired after the 100 kg warmup. I was supposed to do 3x3x165 kg but barely managed the first set so I quit. I also decided to quit Coan-Phillipi, because I think it's just too much for me.

    Coan-Phillipi is one of those programs that seems more mythical than practical. I don't know anyone who's run it completely.

    I guess that's a good description. I only started it because I wanted a 9 week deadlift program. I think I'm smarter now
