    Easy but my shoulder were getting tired.

    Decided to switch from heavier weight to volume.

    Done on a barbell instead of a lof to give my lower back some rest. It was supposed to be 6 x 5. Barbell felt really awkward and thin after the log.

    Felt weak all over. Legs and lower back due to BSS, and upper back and abs not sure why.

    Training schedule is still not back on track, but it should be the next week. I think I'm done with the hypertrophy phase. Changing things up from the next week.
