GS 2. First three reps were done with a barbell out of a rack. As I was lowering the bar on the third rep I felt a painful pop in my neck where it connects with the skull on the left. It seems it wasn't anything serious. I decided to use the yoke for pressing instead. I discovered positioning is the key.

1 x 60 kg
In about ten attempts. The sandbag consists of two smaller bags which move and make it really hard to shoulder.

Turn at 15 m. 60 kg per hand felt heavy, but I think it's because I had cooled down too much.

GS 1. Equaled my old PR and it felt better this time. I could have set a new one, but decided not to push it. Last rep was done with my brand new SBD elbow sleeves.

GS 2. Done with my brand new swiss bar. Wide, medium and narrow handles. I really like how mid and narrow feel.
