    6 min EMOM. Was hoping for 10, but the grass was weat and slippery. ~10 sec per run.

    GS 2. Surprisingly tough. It was awkward to press from the rack and I lowered the bar slowly. Kept lowering the weight and it aws still hard.

    I was flying with these. Less then 9 seconds per run. Deadlifts must have helped. I though I did 10 runs, but timer showed only 8.

    Not bad. Sometimes I feel them more in my quads, sometimes in my hamstrigs. Today I felt them more in my hamstrings.

    GS 2. First three reps were done with a barbell out of a rack. As I was lowering the bar on the third rep I felt a painful pop in my neck where it connects with the skull on the left. It seems it wasn't anything serious. I decided to use the yoke for pressing instead. I discovered positioning is the key.

    - sandbag to shoulder:
    1 x 60 kg

    In about ten attempts. The sandbag consists of two smaller bags which move and make it really hard to shoulder.

    Only 5 kg away from my best triple. I could have equaled it, but there was no need.

    - stiff-leg deadlift:
    9 x 135 kg
    8 x 135 kg
    8 x 130 kg

    Tough. Last set was touch and go.

    - farmer's walk:
    4 x 30 m x 60 kg

    Turn at 15 m. 60 kg per hand felt heavy, but I think it's because I had cooled down too much.

    Later in the day, Cerberus throw bag arrived so I played with it.

    GS 1. Equaled my old PR and it felt better this time. I could have set a new one, but decided not to push it. Last rep was done with my brand new SBD elbow sleeves.

    GS 2. Done with my brand new swiss bar. Wide, medium and narrow handles. I really like how mid and narrow feel.

    - pin press:
    6 x 65 kg
    2 x 5 x 65 kg

    GS 2. Maybe I should have used more weight.
