    GS 2. Felt unstable at the top but I think it's just tight shoulders. I used to strict press this.

    Only 10 kg below my best. I had to pull it three times since my unmarked pipe was off-balance.

    Done with an axle. I forgot these were supposed to be sets of 5, not 8 on the first set.

    GS 1. I think I prefer lighter db rows and mind-muscle connection thatn heavy cheating ones.

    - overehad press:

    GS 2. These made my shoulders and triceps really tired. Maybe it was just inclines from before.

    Happy with these. The last set was really tough. Axle is tough to get to your knees.

    GS 2. Not sure if the bar was 20 kg so for the last two sets I added 1.25 kg to each side just to be sure.
