GS 1. PR! I knew I was capable of this for the last month. I missed it the first time since the pick up was bad and I got dizzy. Next attempt was better and once I got the log to my shoulders the press was easy. I need to practice heavy log pick-ups. I should also take bigger weight jumps.

Tabaa style with 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Only managed three minutes, not four. Done with purple band.
