    8 x 130 kg
    8 x 115 kg

    To say that the first set was misloaded is an understatement. Bumper plates and the gym confused me.

    - step-ups:
    3 x 10 x 110 kg

    - calf raises:
    7 x 120 kg

    Tried them with the yoke but it was too wobbly.

    - yoke run:
    2 x 140 kg x 10 m
    6 x 10 m x 160 kg

    - continental:
    3 x 5 x 50 kg

    Gave 70 lbs a try but it was too slow.

    - log press:
    4 x 8 x 55 kg

    Much better than last weeks 52 kg. I'm doing them outside so I cannot focus my gaze on anything which makes it harder to stabilize and press. But I can cheat by focusing on clouds.

    - Swiss bar press:
    4 x 8 x 42 kg

    Pretty good.

    - yoke run:
    2 x 15 m x 140 kg
    6 x 15 m x 180 kg

    First three runs were wobbly. The last three were better with the fourth one being the fastest. I kept my hands lower and my control of the swing seemd a bit better. I also need to squeeze my glutes when I run and keep my upper back straight.

    I bough a 50 liter keg last Wednesday and filled it with water today. I'm supposed to lift 70 kg keg for reps at the competition but currently 50 kg seems impossible. I will be attempting it tomorrow.

    Pretty good. Attempted 80 but it was too slow. The rope of Exer-genie tends to snag.

    - 3-board press:

    4 x 40 kg
    3 x 60 kg
    1 x 70 kg
    5 x 5 x 82.5 kg

    GS 1.

    - face pulls:
    3 x 10

    GS 2. Red band.

    - incline bench press:
    3 x 8 x 52.5 kg

    GS 2.

    - keg press:
    8 attempts, 7 cleans, 6 presses. 50 kg keg. Last three were with a belt. Last rep was a viper press. I just had to get over the fear the keg will knock me over. And I thought pressing a 13" log was awkward.

    80 lbs felt like a 100 lbs jump in tension, not 10.

    On the first two sets I continentaled every rep.

    - keg press:
    8 x 1 x 50 kg

    Only managed one one moition, the rest were strict presses.
