    - one-arm plank:
    2 x 30 s

    - log press:
    3 x 45 kg
    2 x 50 kg
    1 x 55 kg
    3 x 60 kg
    3 x 65 kg
    5 x 3 x 70 kg

    These went really well. I noticed that when the log gets heavy (~70 kg) my leg drive almost disappears. I need to be more explosive.

    - Swiss bar press:
    6 x 22.5 kg
    3 x 42.5 kg
    5 x 5 x 47.5 kg

    - db row:
    5 x 20 x 25 kg

    GS 1.

    - sandbag run:
    40 m x 75 kg
    120 m x 75 kg

    It suddenly got really cold so that was all the sandbag training I did. I need to practice pick-up from the floor. Otherwise my speed is really good with this weight.

    The speed was good, but they felt heavy.

    - incline bench press:

    - sandbag carry:

    40 m x 75 kg
    2 x 20 m x 75 kg

    Practicin pickup from the floor and carry across the body. Loose sandbag sucks.

    170 kg was easy. 180 slowed down at the knee and I could feel my hamstrings struggle.

    - deficit deadlift:
    3 x 5 x 130 kg

    Easy.

    Short session tonight.
