    3 x 150 kg

    3 x 170 kg
    3 x 175 kg

    PR. I failed the first attempt at 175 kg. I then rebraced and it went up easily. My hamstrings, low back and abs are weak.

    My lower back was tired.

    - farmer's walk:
    6 x 20 m x 65 kg

    Very good speed.

    Failed multiple times at 70 kg. Just couldn't pick it up for some reason. I also noticed I lack wrist and shoulder mobility.

    - log strict press:
    5 x 5 x 45 kg

    I think I should continue doing these.

    Could have done a bit more weight, but the bar was slipping.

    190 kg & 195 kg were PR's. Both reps at 195 kg hit my knees and got stuck there. Despite that bad positioning, this was and excellent deadlift day.

    - farmer's walk:
    2 x 20 m x 65 kg
    2 x 20 m x 70 kg
    2 x 20 m x 75 kg

    Plesantly surprised at the speed with 75 kg. Only slightly slower than 70 kg.

    Either my grip is weak, or my forearms are really tired. I start pulling with my arms too soon because I'm afraid I will lose the bar, and it messes up my continental.
