    PR! Legs could do more, but the bar slipped and pressed hard into my right palm. It hurt.

    Speed is ok, but I felt all over the place.

    GS 1. I was hoping for worksets at 70 kg but my trunk felt weak again.

    - log strict press:

    - 3-way shoulders:
    3 x 10 x 5 kg

    Ab wheel is good for the deadlift, but it doesn't seem to be good for the log press.

    - SSB:
    8 x 22.5 kg
    4 x 62.5 kg
    3 x 82.5 kg
    2 x 102.5 kg
    3 x 122.5 kg
    3 x 132.5 kg
    3 x 137.5 kg
    3 x 142.5 kg
    3 x 147.5 kg

    PR. These hit my hamstring weaknesses well. I wanted to do goodmornings but my hamstrings felt fried.

    - farmer's walk:
    2 x 20 m x 65 kg
    6 x 20 m x 70 kg

    Added two extra sets.

    Decided to go for heavier log instead of the usual EMOM work. I will keep it heavier in the future.

    GS 1. PR. Frist rep was good but I hurried too much on the second and it was a grind.

    5 x 82.5 kg

    I felt the last set only in my abs.

    - farmer's walk:

    These were slow.
