My lower back felt like it was taking on too much strain. My hamstrings seem to be weak. I must not forget to address this.

Conditioning Mike Westerling style. These were supposed to be done for 5 rounds with no break, but I had breaks due to Exergenie rope getting stuck on the backwards drag. That's why I did an extra set. Need to be faster next time.
