    Didn't feel good. Botom position was bad.

    - 15" axle press:

    Easy.

    - lunges:

    - single leg curl:
    3 x 12

    Green band.

    - hip thrust:

    It was supposed to be 55 kg but that was too heavy.

    - log press:
    2 x 3 x 45 kg
    2 x 55 kg
    1 x 60 kg
    4 x 2 x 65 kg
    5 x 5 x 50 kg

    - lying single leg curl:
    2 x 15

    Green band.

    - farmer's walk:
    4 x 30 m x 65 kg

    First two sets was getting accustomed to the weight. Third set was really good and fast.

    - yoke:
    2 x 15 m x 120 kg
    4 x 15 m x 150 kg

    Very good. No back pain.

    - sandbag to shoulder:
    3 x 5 x 50 kg

    Easy. The pickup was really good.
