    I can't remember the last time I had such a poor log press session. I just could press it without lossing balance. It's probably because of the stupid bands.

    Red bands.

    - incline db bench:

    - face-pulls:
    3 x 15

    - push-ups:

    Too heavy. I was all over the place.

    Heaviest yoke in training. First set was unstable. Second set was more stable but slower.

    It was supposed to be 4 sets. First set was good, the second one better, third one was bad and foruth too heavy.

    Not bad.
